These terms apply to purchases from Yourpet4you at yourpet4u.com and use of our store. Our business contact details are on our Contact information page. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; Yourpet4you is responsible for your order and customer service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or act with the necessary authorization. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. You can review and correct your cart and checkout details before submitting your order. By submitting an order using the final checkout button, you offer to purchase the items at the total shown. We send an electronic order acknowledgement. Unless we expressly accept earlier, acceptance takes place when we send a shipment confirmation. If we cannot accept or supply an order, we notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the affected items.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in the selected currency; taxes, shipping and any duties collected by us are shown in the checkout total as applicable. Your payment provider may charge its own currency conversion fees. Price changes do not change the agreed price of an accepted order.
Please review each product's description, selected options, dimensions where supplied, care instructions and intended use. Photographs and screen colors may vary, but statutory rights for goods that do not match their description remain unaffected. Availability may change. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement. If a material listing or price error affects an order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected order; we will not charge an increased price without your consent.
Our Shipping policy explains destinations, charges, processing, tracking and delays. Fulfillment partners may dispatch goods directly to you. Their involvement does not remove our responsibility to you as the retailer or require you to pursue them for a valid order claim.
For deliveries to the United States and Switzerland, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where law requires otherwise. For other delivery destinations we accept, our policy provides a 30-day notification window. Read the full Return and refund policy before purchase. This restriction does not exclude rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or other mandatory consumer rights.
Use products only as intended and follow supplied instructions. Supervise pets where appropriate, inspect items for damage, and discontinue use if unsafe. Product descriptions are not veterinary advice. Seek advice from a veterinarian or qualified groomer where needed. These instructions do not exclude our responsibility for product defects or any non-waivable liability.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its security, or submit fraudulent orders or unlawful content. Website material belongs to its respective rights holders. Viewing it does not grant permission to reuse protected material commercially. Links to third-party services are subject to those services' own terms; they do not limit your rights against us for your purchase.
Our Privacy policy explains personal-data processing and available choices. Marketing consent, where required, is separate from accepting these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights for defective goods, fraud, intentional misconduct or personal injury. Swiss law applies to the extent permitted, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence where those protections apply. Statutory rights concerning courts and dispute resolution remain unaffected. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of non-waivable consumer rights.
The version of these terms in effect when you place your order applies to that order. Later updates apply prospectively. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Contact support@yourpet4you.com for questions or complaints.
